Incident Report Updates

We are back again with some updates!
You’ve met Chimerans, super-powered individuals and their global government organization, the International Chimeran Administration. Today, we’re going to tell you a little bit more. The International Chimeran Administration (ICA) is designed to provide help to Chimerans and non-Chimerans. Founded in 1949, the ICA has multiple branches in over 150 countries around the world. 

Almost since its inception, the ICA has supported communities by establishing a strong presence in the following fields:

• Law Enforcement
• Education
• Social Work

Above all, the ICA works to maintain peace, establish order and to contain the chaos that a world of super powers can bring.

One of our favorite developments will always be Ryan’s incredible art. In addition to the line art, he is also a talented colorist. Here are two fully colored versions of our preview images!
